Bitz of Brin Enhanced #58 - I Sound Terrible!!!

27 March 2007 - In between coughs & weezes, I talk about the dangerous cycle of uppers and downers, talk about changes in my life, and share a live performance of a song I co-wrote. This song channels the style of my co-writer (It's a little acoustic emo)

hey brin,
sorry you're sick...i think it's a really good idea that you are cutting back on your stress; i've been trying to do pretty much the same thing as you (working on songs, piano, singing, and school) and it got way too intense and i was sick for a couple weeks which also hurt my grades. I hope you feel better.

Hey there Alex, I'm so sorry that you had to go through this same thing. Hopefully you're feeling better, your grades are looking up, whatever aspect of music you decided to focus on is blossoming, and you're stress-free. You're right. It is way too intense. Stay healthy and happy. Thanks so much for the comment.

Cheers,
Bri'anna

Hey Tyler,

Yeah, I did write that song. I wrote it with a friend of mine. I'd never co-written before and was a little nervous, so I let him set the tone of the song. I had a lot of fun making music as part of a collaborative effort. Next time I co-write, I think I'll feel more comfortable and put some of my style into the song. It was a really fun learning experience!

I'm sorry that you're sick! I really hope it didn't hurt your grades too much. I would feel so terrible! Good luck getting on top and getting better!

Hi, very good all those songs. I really enjoy everything. It is great! You should flourish your band or recordings with some cello or violin, it would sound even greater. This things of being sick or nervous, etc is just things of your mind. We are what we think, and your choices will remain and drive you to future. Stay out of fear... and go on!
